Bon, si l'Upload ne fonctionnais pas c'était dû à un problème de configuration : manquais un "/" dans le nom des répertoire, donc il cherchais à l'uploader sur photozincou0001.free.fr/newPhoto/JUpload/ZUpload.php

...

D'ailleurs en tappant ce mail je me suis aperçu qu'il manquais d'autres trucs ...
Bon, j'ai un peu plus avancé. Je demanderais à mon père de tester ce midi ... :)
