[gepi-users] installde gepi : création de la table de la base

Je suis entrain d'essayer d'installer la dernière version Trunk et à la 
quatrième étape j'ai ce type d'erreur:

ERROR : 'fault '0', `chiffre_avec_zero` tinyint(4) NOT NULL default '0', 
`autorise_sous_matiere` tinyint(4) NOT NULL default '0', 
`affichage_haut_responsable` tinyint(4) NOT NULL default '0', 
`entete_model_bulletin` tinyint(4) NOT NULL default '0', 
`ordre_entete_model_bulletin` tinyint(4) NOT NULL default '0', 
`affiche_etab_origine` tinyint(4) NOT N......

Une idée ?
